چکیده
In view of the problems composite roof coal roadway under multiple dynamic pressure disturbances such as strong stratification, large deformation surrounding rock, and poor safety reliability, this paper analyzed instability characteristics different influencing factors using numerical simulation expounded stress distribution pattern disturbances. The geological conditions gas control in 22301 working face Tunlan mine are taken examples, study is carried out based on analysis roadway. progressive crack development failure mode rock were revealed, mechanism support scheme put forward. According to result, it difficult form a stable bearing beam due occurrence weak interlayer roof. deflection extent plastic zone negatively correlated with distance from soft layer but positively thickness layer. As lateral coefficient λ increases, first decreases then increases. With increasing influence pressure, suffers greater damage superposition high ground stress, abutment advance which characterized by significant zonal asymmetric rock. method high-strength thick id="M2"> anchorage + differential support can construct equivalent side, realizing continuous transfer geometrically coordinated deformation. was finally applied on-site industrial test, monitoring results showed that effectively controlled new scheme.

Both the deformation characters and the failure mode of the large cross-sectional longwall installation roadway under compound roof are becoming an emergent issue than ever before due to the rapid development of modern mining equipment. Various engineering applications have revealed that the insufficient design and inappropriate support technology are the main reasons for the fatal accidents as...
متن کاملStability Control of Retained Goaf-Side Gateroad under Different Roof Conditions in Deep Underground Y Type Longwall Mining
Stability of the retained goaf-side gateroad (RGSG) is influenced mainly by the movements of the roof strata near coal seam after coalface passes by. To make effective controlling technology for the stability of the RGSG, we analyze the roof structure over the RGSG to illustrate the mechanism causing the RGSG instability under different roof conditions. We then examine the dynamic evolution of ...
متن کاملInstability leading to coal bumps and nonlinear evolutionary mechanisms for a coal-pillar-and-roof system
This paper studies the unstable mechanisms of the mechanical system that is composed of the stiff hosts (roof and floor) and the coal pillar using catastrophe theory. It is assumed that the roof is an elastic beam and the coal pillar is a strain-softening medium which can be described by the Weibull s distribution theory of strength. It is found that the instability leading to coal bump depends...
